Service Description
Saturday & Sunday 9am-3:30pm Health First Aid (MHFA) training will teach you practical skills to support someone with a mental health problem, making a real difference at work and in your personal life.
Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the best learning experience possible. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: Participants must provide at least 7 days notice prior to the scheduled class time to cancel their registration. Administrative Fee: Cancellations prior to the 7 day notice period will incur an administrative fee of $25. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Minimum Class Size: Each class requires a minimum of 5 participants to run. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Refunds: If a participant cancels with at least 7 days notice, a full refund will be issued minus the $25 administrative fee. If the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment (fewer than 5 participants), participants will receive a full refund with no administrative fee deducted. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. By registering for a class, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
